What you will do

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure technical designs.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap for contact center and CX platforms.
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems including CRM, WFM, and analytics.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
• Mentor engineering teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in contact center technologies with deep expertise in Genesys Cloud CX.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale cloud contact center solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IVR, call flows, routing, omnichannel solutions, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture.
• Experience integrating Genesys Cloud CX with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, or ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of SIP infrastructure, including protocols, SBCs, and load balancing.
