What you will do

• Lead and inspire a team of SFMC developers, defining technical architecture and overseeing end-to-end project delivery.
• Translate advanced client requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions within the SFMC ecosystem.
• Guide the team in developing automations and approve technical specifications, estimates, deployment plans, and test methodologies.
• Drive product implementation and customization initiatives for major global clients.
• Mentor junior and senior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers, and Data Specialists to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of developer experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity within an agency or consulting environment.
• Deep architectural and hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Adstudio, Social Studio, and Einstein.
• Mastery of SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and experience with Workflow Engines.
• Exceptional English communication and presentation skills (C1+).
• Must be based in London, UK.
