Information Systems Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead global enterprise information systems and manage ERP platforms across hirify.global subsidiaries.
• Manage complex implementation and migration projects, including NetSuite transitions.
• Oversee CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Lead strategy and execution for AI-related information systems projects.
• Manage vendors, software renewals, contract negotiations, testing, change management, and user training.
• Grow and manage the information systems team while supporting in-house tools and business processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information technology and information systems.
• Experience managing global ERP and CRM implementations using NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
• Experience leading AI-driven initiatives or integrating AI technologies into business systems.
• Experience managing in-house information systems, vendors, software renewals, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs, with strong communication, collaboration, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of spoken and written English required; willingness to travel abroad.
