What you will do

• Execute end-to-end training programs from marketing and outreach to venue setup and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage the participant lifecycle, including recruitment, vetting, interviewing, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
• Nurture the alumni community through messaging, events, and resource sharing.
• Provide logistical support for online and in-person programs, including planning and budgeting.
• Design, implement, and analyze pre- and post-program surveys to report on program status.
• Assist in the development of proposals for new educational projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in operations, event management, or program coordination.
• Familiarity with venture capital and the startup ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
