What you will do

• Develop and maintain standardized cost reporting frameworks and estimation tools.
• Review and validate project scope, estimates, and pricing submissions against WBS categories.
• Analyze construction costs using benchmarks, parametric data, and market intelligence.
• Track design changes and report their impact on project cost and schedule.
• Identify and integrate Value Engineering options to optimize project budgets.
• Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to align estimates with current market conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of cost management or estimating experience for Civil Projects.
• Proven experience in Data Center construction.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets) or Microsoft Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in CostX or similar estimation software.
• Knowledge of emerging construction technologies and sustainability trends.
