Compensation: $119,942 – $188,529 (varies by state).

What you will do

• Develop complete proposal estimates by integrating multi-discipline inputs for piping and mechanical scopes.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and analyze construction productivity.
• Calculate estimate components including contingency, escalation, and cost reconciliation.
• Review design specifications for cost efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Prepare management presentations and maintain historical cost data.
• Manage workload across multiple projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 6 to 20 years of relevant experience, including professional estimating experience.
• Strong knowledge of piping and/or mechanical systems.
• Field and/or project experience in industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

• Experience with estimating databases.
