What you will do

  • Define and elevate bespoke branded output and revenue marketing offerings across all global markets.
  • Lead campaign development from initial pitch and creative conceptualization through to final delivery.
  • Shape narrative direction, scripting, and interview guidance to bring brands closer to culture.
  • Oversee editorial resourcing by assigning internal editors and commissioning external writers.
  • Direct copyediting across all campaigns to ensure the highest standards of craft, clarity, and tone.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to respond to client briefs and lead client-facing workshops.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a senior editor in premium media or agency environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across print, digital, video, and events.
  • Must be based in London, GB.
  • Expertise in branded storytelling and social-first content strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of balancing brand voices with advertiser objectives.

  • Deep cultural awareness of music, entertainment, luxury, and fashion.
  • Strong knowledge of hirify.global brands and existing creative vendor networks.
  • Critical thinking skills to solve complex brand challenges.
