What you will do

• Analyze product metrics to identify anomalies, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive player behavior analysis and evaluate the game economy.
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.
• Manage monetization strategies, LiveOps, and content performance.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports for the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for product decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product, Data, or Game Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, specifically with the pandas library.
• Strong experience in A/B testing: hypothesis formulation, experiment design, and result evaluation.
• Expertise in funnel analysis, retention, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, and churn analysis.
• Experience with BI tools, with a strong preference for Tableau.
• Russian: native or fluent proficiency required.
