What you will do

• Report daily and weekly KPIs that drive revenue and LTV.
• Analyze live-operations performance to refine event, sales, and content strategies.
• Develop and deliver reports to executives with clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Collaborate with team leads to set experimentation plans using a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Execute variant testing and present results to stakeholders.
• Construct, test, and implement predictive models and dashboards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Philippines.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in F2P games or a comparable field.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Proficiency in data analysis programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong understanding of descriptive statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights to leadership.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (Math, Economics, Computer Science).
• Strong passion for gaming and interest in mobile titles.
