Intermediate Scrum Master (Fintech)

Location: Remote, hiring in Latin America

What you will do

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Guide the team in applying Scrum and Agile practices.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and support individual team members.
• Support professional and career development, including follow-up on development plans.
• Participate in or conduct performance reviews.
• Use Jira to track team information and metrics.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Experience facilitating Scrum or Agile ceremonies and managing people.
• Experience with 1:1 meetings, professional development, and performance reviews.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and strong communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English level and availability to work from Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Agile or team metrics.
• Experience using AI tools to collect, filter, structure, or share information efficiently.
