TL;DR
Technical Account Manager (Observability): Helping customers optimize their observability strategy with an accent on technical onboarding, data-driven success plans, and complex troubleshooting. Focus on driving product adoption, ensuring ROI through QBRs, and bridging the gap between technical teams and C-suite executives.
Location: Hybrid (must be based in or be able to work from London or Romania offices)

What you will do
- Lead the technical onboarding process, establishing integrations and delivering tailored product training.
- Architect data-driven customer success plans and provide expert guidance on observability best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex platform and data pipeline issues to ensure seamless performance.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI and align with customer business goals.
- Advocate for customer needs to influence the product roadmap and partner with Sales for growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch), and strong Kubernetes and Docker troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Fluentd, Fluent Bit, or Logstash.
- Knowledge of Linux and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as a Code (Terraform/Ansible).
- Proficiency in RegEx, Lucene, and PromQL.
- Proven experience managing technical customer relationships.
- Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- B2B SaaS experience.
- BSc in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Ability to code in high-level languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
