Student Part-time PMO (Project Management): Supporting the Head of Division and Department in organizational planning, initiative tracking, and meeting facilitation with an accent on agile methodology and AI tool integration. Focus on preparing decision-making materials, managing project documentation, and potentially expanding into business analysis or Scrum Master responsibilities.

Location: Must be a university student in Slovakia, available for 20 hours per week in Bratislava (Hybrid).

Salary: Starting from €8/hour.

• Independently research topics and prepare data for decision-making.

• Prepare presentation slides and document meeting minutes.

• Potentially take on Scrum Master responsibilities within teams.

Requirements

• Status of University student in Slovakia.
• Availability to work 20 hours per week.
• Familiarity with Windows and Office tools.
• Interest and experience with AI tools.
• Theoretical or practical experience with agile methods.
• Fluent English and German (B2 level upwards).
