Site Operations Leader

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan

hirify.global develops and supplies advanced semiconductor manufacturing systems and supports their installation, upgrades, and relocation at customer sites.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end site UIR operations, including installation, upgrades, and relocations.
• Lead execution from readiness through installation and closure while meeting safety, quality, cost, cycle-time, and predictability targets.
• Allocate engineers, coordinators, and third-party resources across projects and sites.
• Serve as the operational contact for customers, account teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Assess site-level technical, schedule, and readiness risks, driving mitigation and escalation.
• Lead and develop GLs, engineers, TIC, and SAP staff while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Background in science and engineering.
• Three or more years of people leadership experience.
• Experience interfacing with customers.
• Ability to manage site operations, manpower allocation, escalations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations before starting work.
