What you will do
- Lead the client relationship for agency output across RTB and BAU activity.
- Drive vision collaboration and alignment by acting as the client voice across the agency matrix to deliver against the brief and agreed scope.
- Spot and convert opportunities by understanding each client’s SOW and core KPIs and identifying where specialist services add value.
- Ensure commercial and operational excellence: oversee deliverables, profitability, financial interactions (e.g., PO’s), and resolve issues quickly with the right support.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and meet internal deadlines.
- Contribute to new business by participating in pitches and taking ownership of smaller-scale pitches and operating models.
Requirements
- Client leadership experience and strong understanding of how an agency operates, its positioning, and how it works with clients.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and use data insights to support a client’s business.
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, including advising senior stakeholders and coordinating core specialisms.
- Effective communication skills to deliver information and opinions succinctly and adapt style to different stakeholders.
- Right to work in the UK (UK-based role).
