What you will do
- Lead full-lifecycle delivery of hotel technology projects including requirement analysis, planning, and risk control.
- Manage technical architecture and business logic for core systems like Opera Cloud PMS, CRM, and payment modules.
- Act as the primary liaison between hotel clients, business teams, and R&D to resolve integration issues.
- Provide technical pre-sales support, including feasibility analysis, proposal design, and bid defense.
- Standardize project delivery documentation and best practices for hotel system implementations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and optimize solution templates.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Chinese
- 3+ years of experience in the hotel technology industry with a dual focus on project management and pre-sales.
- Extensive hands-on experience in building distributed applications using Microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of hotel core systems such as PMS, CRM, and loyalty platforms.
- Expert knowledge of Java, API design, and gateway integration.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Opera Cloud/Shiji PMS and official system access specifications.
- Proven knowledge of Agile methodology, preferably SAFe Agile.
- Experience with WeChat Ecosystem integrations and China's MarTech landscape.
- PMP or related technical pre-sales certifications.
