What you will do
- Lead a team of six analysts to deliver comprehensive, centralized sales reports and national scorecards for Sales, Talent, and Operations.
- Evolve the BI architecture, including data governance, reporting platforms, and cloud-based data environments.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure alignment between reporting and strategic company objectives.
- Define performance measurement methodologies, including the selection and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop self-service dashboards and standardized frameworks for ad hoc reporting.
- Analyze and recommend improvements to data quality and reporting system automation to improve usability and scalability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy, including 6+ years leading high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in SQL and coding languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
- Expertise in BI Platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Understanding of statistical methodologies (e.g., linear and logistic regression).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree preferred.
