What you will do

• Define the overall technical structure and architecture for complex client projects.
• Analyze client requirements to create user scenarios, data models, and information structures.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, implementation plans, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Oversee the development process, providing guidance and requirements to designers and developers.
• Manage the delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Coordinate with Architects, Developers, and client technical teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud architect or technical consultant.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong expertise in database design and modeling.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience managing client-based projects within agreed budgets and deadlines.
