Associate Principal Solution Architect (Salesforce)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; report to the Houston headquarters.

Salary: $177,850–$279,385 per year, plus variable incentive pay, flexible work options, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver configurable and customized applications using hirify.global products and platform.
• Lead end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations and enhancements across enterprise environments.
• Assess and architect Contract Lifecycle Management, Configure-Price-Quote, and Quote-to-Cash solutions.
• Define technical architecture for custom development, platform configuration, and API-driven integrations.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with sales teams, prospects, and customers to define solutions, scope engagements, and create Statements of Work.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience delivering business transformation in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#/.NET.
• Experience with secure, scalable, high-performance architecture, data mapping and loading, and CRM/ERP integrations.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of compliance standards including GDPR, FINRA, and HIPAA.
