Senior Data Center Commissioning Provider

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Serve as primary client contact and commissioning authority on projects from pursuit through warranty.
• Develop commissioning scopes, schedules, plans, test procedures (PFCs, FPTs, ISTs), and documentation.
• Lead design reviews, OPR workshops, site observations, system testing, and issue resolution.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, invoicing, and alignment with contract scope and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor junior staff, and contribute to standards and training.
• Prepare commissioning reports, systems manuals, and support warranty walkthroughs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field + 7-10 years progressive experience in commissioning, MEP construction, or project management (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership in complex commissioning projects.
• Advanced knowledge of building systems, energy codes, LEED, and industry standards.
• Strong client communication, analytical, and financial acumen skills.
• Proficiency in construction documents and drawings.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Building Commissioning certification.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety and NFPA-70E.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
