IT Administrator (Web3)

What you will do

• Administer IAM platforms such as Okta, including user lifecycle workflows, MFA, and access provisioning.
• Support SSO and SCIM integrations for Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other core SaaS platforms.
• Manage secure onboarding/offboarding processes and macOS endpoint logistics.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for identity systems, SaaS applications, and endpoints.
• Develop low-code and no-code automations using Okta Workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Perform periodic access reviews and audit support to enforce least-privilege principles.

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems-focused roles.
• Experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD) and providing support in SaaS-heavy environments.
• Proficiency in supporting Google Workspace and macOS environments.
• Ability to read and modify scripts written in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with endpoint management platforms like Addigy, JAMF, Kandji, or Intune.
• Experience building automations using Okta Workflows.
• Relevant certifications such as Okta, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications.
• Interest in identity governance and enterprise automation.
