What you will do

• Own end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for tokenized products including OUSG, USDY, and OGM.
• Review daily NAV calculations, validate fund administrator outputs, and oversee P&L reporting and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and establish internal controls and accounting policies across all funds.
• Coordinate annual audits and manage tax reporting and regulatory filings with external advisors.
• Lead the implementation and scaling of Geneva or similar fund accounting systems to reduce manual processes.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and finance teams to provide accounting input on new product development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in fund or investment accounting within asset management.
• Experience in hedge funds or trading environments with exposure to high-volume or systematic trading.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, fund structures, and financial instruments such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Proven ability to operate independently and make complex accounting judgments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Geneva or similar fund accounting systems.
• Familiarity with OMS/PMS systems and fund administration workflows.
• Exposure to blockchain, DeFi, or tokenized asset structures.
• Experience building or improving accounting processes and systems from the ground up.
