What you will do

• Provide phone and digital support for financial products including OTC derivatives, equities, options, and cryptocurrencies.
• Assist customers with trade execution, P&L calculations, margin requirements, and order types.
• Champion the customer experience by addressing queries and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Deliver technical support for front-end trading platforms and chart packages.
• Communicate regulatory changes, market updates, and corporate actions to clients.

Requirements

• Degree-level education, preferably in finance.
• 6-18 months of experience in a customer-facing or middle-office role within financial services.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Strong aptitude for numbers and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets and trading instruments.
