Sr Product Manager 2, Brand Safety & Compliance (AdTech): Defining and driving the strategy for brand safety, compliance, and marketplace integrity across hirify.global's advertising ecosystem with an accent on programmatic advertising and inventory quality. Focus on building systems for monitoring policy compliance, optimizing ad layout decisions, and improving monetization efficiency using data-driven frameworks.

Location: Remote (Poland)

Salary: 202,000 PLN

What you will do

  • Define and drive the brand safety product strategy and vision for monetization systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory quality while balancing monetization and privacy policies.
  • Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Data Science, and Legal.
  • Scale systems for monitoring policy compliance and marketplace quality signals.
  • Develop tooling for inventory scoring, compliance monitoring, and remediation workflows.
  • Optimize inventory performance and revenue tradeoffs using experimentation and machine learning.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of product management experience in ad tech, martech, or CRM.
  • Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, publisher monetization, and brand safety.
  • Proficiency with Google Ad Manager, Prebid/header bidding, and the SSP/DSP ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of OpenRTB and bidstream concepts.
  • Experience with invalid traffic/fraud detection and policy enforcement.
  • Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

  • Experience in ad-supported consumer platforms or digital media companies.
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and identity systems.
  • Experience building advertising products using first-party data.
  • Understanding of privacy regulations and consent frameworks.
