What you will do

• Rapidly prototype and deliver functional AI-powered solutions from concept to production.
• Lead technical sessions and workshops to build internal AI-assisted development capabilities.
• Design and optimize agentic workflows and tool integrations for maximum reliability.
• Establish standards for code quality, reusability, and responsible AI development.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to identify and execute high-impact AI projects.
• Maintain compliance with corporate information security and data governance policies.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with modern AI platforms such as Copilot 365, Claude Code, and similar agentic/low-code tools.
• Proven ability in vibe coding and building functional applications or automations.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to lead technical sessions for global audiences.
• Strong analytical and architectural thinking with a bias for shipping production-ready code.
• Security-conscious mindset with a focus on building safe and maintainable solutions.
• Proactive, collaborative team player capable of adapting to evolving business needs.
