• Own and evolve benchmarking and evaluation capabilities for foundation models and multimodal systems.
• Work closely with modeling teams to support model development, iteration, and validation.
• Build and advance hirify.global’s AI models at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI.
• Influence how models are built, compared, and improved across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and evaluating AI models.
• Expertise in foundation models and multimodal systems.
• Strong software engineering background applied to AI systems.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Ramat Gan, Israel.
