What you will do

• Take end-to-end responsibility for building, deploying, and scaling AI solutions for internal business operations.
• Design and implement Claude-powered solutions, including system prompts, RAG pipelines, and multi-step AI agents.
• Develop reusable AI skills and artifacts to scale capabilities horizontally across multiple teams.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing business stacks such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Workato, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR to identify and scope high-leverage AI opportunities.
• Shape the internal AI roadmap and maintain technical documentation for institutional knowledge.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and proven experience building production AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with the Anthropic API or similar LLM platforms and system prompt design.
• Proficiency in SQL for data investigation, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating with business platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Slack.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete engineering plans and communicate across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Claude.ai, Claude Code, or building Claude-native workflows.
• Experience with automation platforms like Workato or n8n.
• Basic familiarity with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure.
• Background in B2B SaaS or the cybersecurity industry.
