What you will do

• Contribute to backend services, APIs, and tools that support AI systems and developer platforms.
• Build and iterate prototypes and proof-of-concept applications for real-world AI use cases.
• Work with NLP, speech recognition, and LLM-based systems, supporting experimentation, evaluation, and improvement.
• Create developer-facing assets such as tools, examples, and documentation to improve developer experience.
• Support integration of conversational AI and speech recognition capabilities into developer workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Singapore (hybrid work model)
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals and APIs.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts (NLP, speech, or LLMs) via academic or project experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset to learn by doing.
