What you will do

• Architect and implement long-term memory infrastructure for AI agents supporting persistent, stateful reasoning.
• Design and own end-to-end GraphRAG and knowledge graph pipelines from ingestion to retrieval optimization.
• Build scalable context management infrastructure to enable long-horizon and cross-session reasoning.
• Translate advanced agent research into production-grade systems and establish infrastructure best practices.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and governance of agent infrastructure including traceable memory operations.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• At least 10 years of industry experience.
• Deep expertise in long-term memory, knowledge graphs, or context management.
• Must have current right to work in Singapore or Hong Kong (no visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Experience in top-tier AI labs or tech industry leaders.
