What you will do

• Design and build AI-driven capabilities for SRE and DevOps, including fault detection and automated inspection.
• Develop automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA) systems by integrating logs, metrics, and distributed tracing.
• Build AIOps platform features such as anomaly detection, alert noise reduction, and fault attribution.
• Embed AI capabilities into CI/CD, GitOps, and incident response processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the shift toward intelligent collaboration and system stability.

Requirements

• Must have a current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship provided).
• 8+ years of experience in R&D, architecture, or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in LLM application development, including RAG, Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream language (Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript).
• Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native stacks (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English is preferred for cross-region collaboration.
