What you will do

• Lead the overall architecture design and core development of the AI Agent platform, including tool invocation and memory mechanisms.
• Implement AI Native capabilities in workflows such as AI coding, technical solution generation, and automated environment deployment.
• Build the knowledge augmentation layer using RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graph capabilities.
• Establish the runtime and governance framework for AI Agents, ensuring execution isolation, auditability, and cost governance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to standardize and scale platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in Java or Python with strong system design and architectural thinking.
• Deep understanding of LLM and AI Agent architectures, including task decomposition and execution loops.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
• Experience with RAG/GraphRAG and cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes and CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source projects related to AI Agents, AI Coding, or RAG.
• Experience building enterprise engineering, DevOps, or AI platforms.
• Familiarity with open-source Agent projects such as openclaw, openhands/openharness, or Hermes.
