What you will do
- Build and run a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets for assigned accounts.
- Act as category captain among retailers and ensure positive brand representation online and offline.
- Plan and execute activities across online, in-store, and off-page channels to drive strong sales performance.
- Ensure accurate forecasting aligned with individual and company goals and manage within agreed Promotional (SOA) plans.
- Negotiate winning scenarios for both and the customer; interpret market and sell-out data into business opportunities.
- Organize trade shows and retail events; report competitive activities and pricing; identify opportunities for incremental business.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German.
- Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience (online sales is a plus).
- Previous experience in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong negotiation and exceptional analytical skills; results-driven mindset.
- Strong oral and written communication with impact.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft tools.
