What you will do

• Lead a team of data scientists and AI engineers in delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
• Drive the transition of experimental models and POCs into production-grade environments.
• Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD, model versioning, and monitoring.
• Oversee solution architecture, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and governance teams to ensure compliance in a regulated environment.
• Translate complex business problems into actionable technical delivery plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, software engineering, or related fields.
• Proven track record as a technical team lead or hands-on manager.
• Strong experience moving AI/data solutions from POC to production.
• Practical experience operating workloads in cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience working in regulated or risk-sensitive environments is a strong advantage.
