What you will do
- Independently drive sourcing initiatives across assigned spend categories, managing the full lifecycle from requirements to contract execution.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define business needs, establish strategies, and ensure transparency in supplier selection.
- Conduct market research, supplier evaluations, and TCO analyses to develop data-driven recommendations.
- Execute negotiation strategies to optimize pricing, commercial terms, and contract renewals.
- Review and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS contracts.
- Contribute to procurement transformation projects, including the adoption of AI-powered tools.
Requirements
- English: B2+/C1 level required
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 1+ year in international procurement or IT/SaaS.
- Proven experience with end-to-end sourcing, RFx processes, and TCO analysis.
- Ability to analyze contract structures and identify operational or commercial risks.
- Advanced negotiation skills with structured argumentation and objection handling.
- Practical understanding of how AI tools support sourcing tasks.

- Professional certifications in Negotiation Strategy or Strategic Sourcing (e.g., CIPS).
