Project Controls Coordinator (Engineering)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project schedule templates using MS Project, focusing on progress measurement and critical path analysis.
• Monitor project budgets, actuals, and forecasts while performing cost reconciliations to investigate variances.
• Manage and update project financial data within the Sage Intacct ERP system.
• Produce monthly cost reports, performance summaries, risk logs, and project dashboards for management reporting.
• Coordinate information flow between Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Operational teams.
• Ensure all project documentation and financial controls adhere to company governance and audit standards.

Requirements

• Experience in project controls or coordination within the engineering, offshore, or subsea industries.
• Proficiency in MS Project for creating and maintaining complex project schedules.
• Experience working with ERP systems, specifically Sage Intacct.
• Strong competence in financial reporting, cost tracking, and budget management.
• Ability to perform risk/opportunity management and critical path analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers.
