What you will do

• Own and scale TikTok Shop globally across UK, EU, and US markets.
• Drive revenue through merchandising, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, and live shopping.
• Manage D2C site performance, including trading, product launches, and conversion optimization.
• Lead CRM strategy across email and SMS channels to improve retention and LTV.
• Execute global campaigns, promotions, and trading calendar activities.

Requirements

• Proven success growing TikTok Shop or social commerce channels.
• Strong D2C eCommerce experience, specifically within Shopify environments.
• Hands-on expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing tools such as Klaviyo.
• Data-driven mindset with strong experience in CRO and A/B testing.
• Experience managing multi-market or global digital performance.
