What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a complex carrier ecosystem.
• Lead development of API-based platform capabilities and carrier integrations to improve scalability and reliability.
• Own strategic relationships with key carrier partners to ensure mutual value and long-term collaboration.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify growth, monetization, and expansion opportunities.
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver platform enhancements aligned with business outcomes.
• Track key performance metrics across carrier performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, platform products, or partnership-driven technical roles.
• Strong experience working with APIs, logistics, shipping, eCommerce, or marketplace-based products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience managing external partnerships and building relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States
