What you will do

• Translate business priorities into clear technical product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success teams to define and deliver high-impact capabilities.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, development, testing, and release.
• Establish and maintain an intake and triage rhythm for enhancement requests and operational work.
• Analyze data, client feedback, and market signals to inform product decisions and improve feature value.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude to accelerate documentation, data analysis, and prompt engineering.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Technical Product Management, Product Management, or technical project leadership experience at a software company.
• Experience working with Engineering and Data Science teams on APIs, data workflows, and automation.
• Ability to read and interpret API requirements, including REST concepts, authentication patterns, and webhooks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requests into precise technical documentation and user stories.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with data, AI, ecommerce, marketplace, pricing, or content optimization products.
• Prior experience with the hirify.global for Brands (ChannelAdvisor) platform.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Notion, and basic data analysis tools.
• Experience using AI tooling for requirements gathering and building solutions.
