Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines (PH GBS Manila)

What you will do
- Process invoices and related documents accurately to meet established SLAs and KPIs.
- Review and monitor invoice processing to ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in financial information and documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and support the Team Lead in resolving business queries.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare reports for internal and external auditors.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable and general accounting.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including basic to intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and data management in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work on a mid-shift schedule.
- Based in Manila, Philippines.
