What you will do

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions and update general ledger entries.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank, credit card, and other financial accounts.
• Prepare invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and manage receivables.
• Support payroll preparation and maintain accurate payroll-related records.
• Ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations, including ATO reporting and BAS/IAS lodgments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare financial summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
