What you will do

• Build end-to-end agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, balancing performance and maintainability.
• Develop production-grade agents, tools, and skills with clear interfaces and comprehensive documentation.
• Manage multi-LLM integrations, optimizing for latency, cost, and output quality.
• Define reliability metrics, datasets, and guardrails to ensure system quality and prevent regressions.
• Design schemas and validation layers for reliable, structured data flows.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical direction of the AI team.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional software engineering, data science, or AI engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience building production generative AI systems.
• Strong Python expertise with a focus on testing, CI/CD, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven experience with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Solid understanding of evaluation methodologies and quality metrics for LLM/agent systems.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) and RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of LLM observability platforms such as Langfuse, LangSmith, or Weights & Biases.
• Experience deploying AI systems on Azure, AWS, or GCP with cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with model fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and token management strategies.
