Senior AI/LLM Data Scientist in Agentic AI

Location: Istanbul, Vadistanbul Park, Türkiye; hybrid work with two office days per week during three weeks of the month and one fully remote week each month

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows powered by large language models.
• Develop AI agents that interact with tools, APIs, databases, and business applications.
• Build multi-agent workflows for complex reasoning, recommendations, and decision-making.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation architectures using vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise data.
• Develop agent evaluation, monitoring, governance, and reliability frameworks.
• Collaborate with product leads, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions for banking domains.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, NLP, generative AI, or related disciplines.
• Degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications and writing production-ready Python code.
• Practical experience with LLM, generative AI, NLP, or agentic AI solutions, including RAG systems, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval architectures.
• Experience with prompting, evaluation, model optimization, fine-tuning, or PEFT, as well as integrations with APIs, tools, databases, workflows, and enterprise platforms.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI, workflow orchestration platforms, or distributed AI architectures.
