AI Enablement Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid role based in Bratislava, Slovakia, or Brno, Czech Republic

Basic wage component: from €2,500 gross per month. The final base salary depends on skills and experience. Performance bonus is paid twice per year, up to 10% of the basic salary for the evaluation period.

What you will do

• Design, build, and roll out repeatable AI configurations across repositories, including rules, instructions, context files, MCP and tool integrations, and CI hooks.
• Develop internal AI applications, assistants, dashboards, and workflow integrations for software development, testing, code review, documentation, and repository maintenance.
• Deliver functional, production-ready solutions that engineering teams can adopt directly.
• Build automation, self-service tooling, and reusable playbooks to enable hundreds of teams at scale.
• Evaluate AI tooling, establish engineering standards, and advocate for effective AI adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience across multiple languages, technology stacks, and repository setups.
• Practical experience configuring and using AI coding assistants and agentic developer tooling in real codebases.
• Solid experience with Git, CI/CD, developer tooling, and automation.
• Ability to work independently, lead initiatives end to end, and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale developer enablement, platform engineering, or DevEx programs.
• Scripting and automation experience for mass repository operations.
• Experience defining and tracking engineering productivity metrics.
• Public speaking, community talks, or technical content creation experience.
