What you will do

• Manage installation capacity and scheduling to meet customer demand.
• Liaise between customers, technicians, and team leaders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with planning and logistics teams to optimize resource allocation.
• Provide professional and polite support to installation teams.
• Ensure installation capacity is most effectively resourced for customers.

Requirements

• Experience in previous planning, logistics, or customer liaison roles.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Manchester or Sheffield.
• Strong professional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Hubspot.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365.
