What you will do

• Manage Direct Despatch order banks across the department and develop efficiency best practices.
• Resolve ad-hoc issues with under-performing suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Maintain and update key KPIs, focusing on customer promise and stock health reporting.
• Build and manage professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Raise purchase orders in alignment with critical path requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in the interpretation and presentation of data.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
• Strong customer-focused mindset.
• Must possess the Right to Work in the UK and pass background checks (Credit, CIFAS).
