Product Manager (Core)

Product Manager (Core): Owning the heart of the platform, including the unified inbox, communication channels, and user workflows with an accent on end-to-end product discovery, shipping, and metric-driven growth. Focus on building intuitive features, maintaining high product quality, and driving successful launches in collaboration with AI and Integrations teams.

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany. Role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. EU work permit required.

What you will do

• Own the unified inbox, channels, and workflows from discovery through launch.
• Embed with a cross-functional team of 4-6 engineers and 1 designer to drive product metrics.
• Maintain deep customer proximity through direct calls, support feedback, and data analysis.
• Ensure high product quality by overseeing testing and final sign-off before shipping.
• Drive product positioning and launch awareness in the absence of a dedicated marketing team.
• Collaborate with AI and Integrations PMs on shared platform surfaces.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin or willing to commute to the office 3 days per week.
• Valid EU work permit required.
• Proven track record of shipping successful products.
• Exceptional product and operational judgment with strong product taste.
• Extreme clarity in writing and thinking.
• Low ego and a strong builder's instinct.
