What you will do
- Define how AI becomes the core of the hirify.global platform and build AI-native products.
- Architect autonomous systems and manage context across complex workflows.
- Define the AI-first seller and buyer experience on hirify.global.
- Lead a team of PMs and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data.
- Set the product culture and improve decision-making processes.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record shipping AI-powered products and defining AI product strategy.
- Familiarity with agentic AI, autonomous systems, or multi-agent frameworks from a product perspective.
- Ability to translate a complex product vision into a clear roadmap and drive execution across teams.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design, and Data.
- Excellent communication in English; German is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-native product design: agent-driven workflows, new interaction models.
- Proven ownership of complex, multi-sided experience products: community platforms, creator tools, learning environments, or similar.
- SaaS platform experience, ideally in creator economy, edtech, e-commerce or B2B2C.
- Familiarity with LLM protocols, tool-use patterns, and what they mean for product design (e.g. MCP, function calling, RAG).
- Understanding of monetization, subscription logic, and revenue optimization from a product lens.
