What you will do
- Lead senior account delivery for F1 race hospitality programmes and global client activations, ensuring highest standards at events.
- Support the Account Director with team leadership to deliver successful client hospitality programmes and race activations.
- Manage client and partner relationships across core client, regional/end-market offices, and partner agencies to keep global event programmes consistent.
- Own key aspects of the client’s global events calendar, coordinating hospitality logistics (transport, accommodation, photography) and ensuring GDPR and H&S compliance.
- Coordinate cross-discipline workstreams, track schedules/deadlines, handle change requests, and prepare status reports.
- Manage budgets and cost reconciliation, review activation proposals and partnership asset requests, and run post-event evaluations.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication with impeccable attention to detail.
- Proven track record in full event delivery for major hospitality programmes in sport.
- Strong budgeting/finance skills within a major events background.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver high-quality results on deadline.
- International mindset with the ability to operate across global regions simultaneously.
- Line management experience and confidence engaging with senior clients.
