What you will do

• Own and orchestrate complex digital and design projects across campaigns, websites, product, and live event environments.
• Act as the central connector between branding, marketing, product, events, and digital teams to keep priorities aligned.
• Build and run robust project frameworks, including workback schedules, delivery milestones, and resource plans.
• Prioritise and allocate design resources effectively while balancing budgets and timelines.
• Manage senior stakeholders with confidence, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and changes.
• Mentor project managers and continuously improve delivery processes through performance tracking and post-project reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream design projects from scoping to delivery.
• Ability to establish predictability in fast-moving environments with competing deadlines.
• Strong experience in resource planning and budget management without compromising output quality.
• Confidence in managing senior stakeholders and acting as a senior escalation point.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (2-3 days per week in a London office).
• Experience working within a global, event-led business environment.
