What you will do

• Own the product operating system, including cadence, rituals, and the company Scorecard.
• Execute ambiguous, high-impact cross-functional projects on behalf of the CPO.
• Reduce coordination overhead by implementing better tooling and leaner processes.
• Monitor company metrics as an early-warning system to trigger fast, fix-focused responses.
• Design and build AI-native operational workflows to automate reporting and synthesis.
• Identify and resolve dependencies and single points of failure across different tribes and missions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Chief of Staff or in Product/BizOps within a scaling tech organization.
• Proven ability to build AI-driven tools or automations to replace manual operational work.
• Strong systems thinking and a bias toward closing problems rather than just coordinating.
• Ability to earn trust and challenge leadership without ego or politics.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting scorecards/metrics.
• Comfort working without a map or mandate to turn chaos into a structured plan.
