What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and support strategic initiatives for the LATAM casino product.
• Optimize the casino lobby and game categorization to align with regional player preferences.
• Coordinate new supplier integrations and the onboarding process for new games.
• Analyze market trends, player behavior, and competitor activity across LATAM territories.
• Monitor game performance and provide actionable insights and reports for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in online casino, iGaming, e-commerce, or a similar digital environment.
• Strong understanding of casino products, including slots and live casino.
• Analytical proficiency with advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with LATAM markets is highly desirable.
